The policy of Herbosch-Kiere is aimed at
delivering high-quality end products and meeting the full
requirements of our client according to the contractual regulations
in a safe and environmentally sound manner, in order to obtain
satisfied clients and motivated personnel.
To realize this, our
foremost objectives are :
perform works to the highest quality, at the safest level and with
care for the environment through permanent investment in our people
and plant.
offer full technical and commercial support to our clients from
project design, construction and post contract services.
To maintain these objectives we have introduced
a Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System. This
management system covers all of the company’s activities with
particular attention on Health & Safety, Quality and Environment.
We
wish to involve each employee, expressed by:
the duty of each employee to prevent and report accidents,
dangerous and unsafe practices and threats to the environment and
non-conformities
the commitment of any person who carries out works by order
of Herbosch-Kiere, to carry the works out in compliance with the
procedures and instructions of the HSQE management system.
the commitment of all managers to implement the system in
their department and to take immediate actions in case of
non-conformities.
The Management System commits the whole company to:
continual improvement of performances in Health & Safety,
Quality and the Environment in order to increase the efficiency and
sustainability of the company.
provide personnel, company owned and third party hired plant
and equipment with maximum protection against physical injury,
material and environmental damage.
provide personnel with safe, environmentally-friendly and
well maintained plant and equipment.
provide the necessary means for training and instruction of
personnel.
work according to the rules and regulations, codes, standards
and instructions laid down by law, in Belgium as well as abroad.
draw up a risk analysis before the start of each work and set
up an adequate prevention policy for environment and health & safety.
communicate clearly to all company personnel and externally
to subcontractors and suppliers about H&S, Quality and Environment
to ensure that all subcontractors and suppliers understand
and meet the requirements of each contract.
It is the ultimate concern of everyone, that
through the management system, a superior, safe and economical
performance can be delivered, ensuring that the competitiveness of
our company is maintained.
We believe that all
personnel can and must contribute to put into practice this policy,
and we rely on everybody to be motivated with their own particular
responsibilities and commitment, so to find our way together to a
satisfied client.
